This is our newest actuator. It has 600#-in of torque and is powered by 24 VDC. It has a 100% duty cycle ball bearing brushless DC motor that is rated for 20,000 hours or two years and three months of continuous operation.
It has a positioning accuracy of 1/3 degree and a maximum span of 14 turns. Position sensing is done by non-contact Hall Effect transducers – no potentiometers and solid state reliability.

It is 4-20 mA I/O, optical position sensing, push button calibration and multi-turn capability. It is non-incendive and can be used in Class 1 Group C,D Division 2 hazardous locations.
