Realtime Automation is an engineering firm that designs and manufactures hazardous location electrical equipment. We currently manufacture several lines of private label specialty actuators for high temperature, high vibration hazardous environments. We manufacture in the USA and use US made components as much as possible.

We design and manufacture actuators to our customer's specifications. We have designs that are working in extremes of heat, cold and vibration in hazardous locations. We work with many nationally recognized testing laboratories Such as UL, CSA, Intertek, QPS and LabTest to get our customer's actuators certified to NA, ATEX and IECex standards. We can manufacture actuators mounted on customer's control valves and supply accesssories such as mounting kits. We are a small, stable company that has been in business 27 years. Our main strengths are the design of electronic control boards and obtaining hazardous location certifications. But we also design gears, castings, injection moldings and other components. We have two registered professional engineers on staff. We will work with you to get exactly what you need.
